Implementation steps:

1. Gather requirements and mockup layout: I will review and discuss with you possible implementation note as per your requirements.
2. Document Type, Data Type and Template design: I will create Umbraco backoffice document type, data type and template to support full feature of requirements.
3. Responsive UI Design: I will convert the mockup layout to responsive UI design and host into my test server to review by you and then adjustment.
4. Backend architecture and function design (optional): If need I will create backend architecture and web api as per the requirements.
5. Implement the functionality: I will implement the functionality and give you daily progress status.
6. Test delivery, review 3/4 times and adjustment: After implementation the functionality I will give you the test delivery to review.
7. Final adjustment and delivery: I will finally adjust the all change and give you final delivery
