Extremely dissatisfied. I went with Asma because she reassured me of the delivery time and her ability to work aside my previous work. On the day of delivery, I contacted Asma to see where my order was. Despite her knowing it was time-sensitive, I had not received any contact prior; she asked for another day, to which I said I couldn’t. The results I feel she then rushed and gave me the completely wrong outputs and layout despite examples being given. This was then resolved, and Asma then created a new data set with my requirements. I accepted the order, thinking it was correct; however, looking at the data in detail was incredibly wrong. I returned to Asma who disagreed with me before finally looking and agreeing that she’d not carried it out properly. The output after this was then not correct and also made me lose trust in her abilities. Time wasted on a time-sensitive project.
